Hi, I’m Oli, your friendly local Mortgage Broker at Rowland Mortgages. I’ve been doing Mortgages now for the last 11 years including working directly for banks/building societies, as well as being an in house Mortgage Broker within an estate agent which has helped me pick up in depth knowledge on the property market to help support my clients.
I’m a specialist in everything residential, buy to let and commercial mortgages. I love playing and watching Football – whether that be playing 5-aside with my friends down at Power League or going down to the City Ground to watch Nottingham Forest play (and hopefully win!).
I have lived in Nottingham / West Bridgford all my life (I love the place!) If I’m not in the office submitting Mortgages you will find me on the Avenue enjoying meals at the local eatery’s!

Fully qualified mortgage & protection adviser with over 7 years in the industry, comprising of estate agency experience and mortgage brokering. Adrienne deals with all types of mortgages from Residential & Buy to let to also include more specialist cases where adverse credit may be involved.
Customer service and the client’s mortgage journey are at the forefront for Adrienne, priding herself in her work and more importantly the life-long relationship she builds with each client, ensuring their mortgage and protection needs are always met.
A fun fact about Adrienne is she was actually born & bread in County Kerry, Ireland, hence the Irish accent you may have picked up! On days off, Adrienne is usually found rustling something up in the kitchen as she has a great passion for cooking & baking for family & Friends.

Kay here, and I’m your Mortgage Administrator here at Rowland Mortgages. My job entails many things, but most important is that I will be there with you from the very beginning to provide a helping hand in progressing your mortgage application through to offer, and hopefully keeping the process less stressful and hassle-free as best I can.
I have worked in the property market for over 4 years now where I started off as an estate agent; there I picked up some valuable skillsets that will no doubt be a beneficial support to new clients, here at Rowland Mortgages!
My love isn’t just limited to work though, I have a great love for life and all it has to offer, from food and wine, to travelling, socialising with friends and spending quality time with family. I am generally a laid-back person (being from the Caribbean), but when its needed I can be very assertive.
Sidenote: My goal is to go one step further, so currently I am studying for my CeMap (mortgage qualifications), so watch this space in the future!
